D’oh!

The Mini

“If you’re gonna get mad at me every time I do something stupid, then I guess I’ll just have to stop doing stupid things!” — Homer Simpson

[Later: I got hit by a (very slow-moving) car on the walk into work this morning. I’m fine. So is the computer. =-) It really wasn’t moving very fast. Which is part of the reason I walked in front of it. I could have sworn it was coming to a stop at the intersection since they had a red light. Guess not.]

Speaking of cars, these little autos had taken up residence in front of the Fairmont Hotel a few weeks back while they had their pictures taken. The “Build Your Own” feature is very fun. I suspect I’d never fit in these cars.

Sam Oh

are you sure you’re not hurt like no back problem? emotional disstress?

Sam Oh

or maybe feel a lawsuit coming?

Nick Runco

i think walt should have mule-kicked the car.

Walt Dickinson

Unfortunately, I was uninjured in any way. I’ll try harder next time. =-) And as for mule-kick retribution, that’s reserved only for special cases.

Rachelle Bowden

in new york you would have mule-kicked the car. i’ve done it. several times. :)

Scott Yager

You guys could just try to not walk out in front of cars, you know. :)

Nick Runco

i’ve never had the balls to actually kick the car.

Scott Yager

If someone kicked my car I’d be pissed I didn’t run them over when I had the chance.

Rachelle Bowden

does this mean that i have more balls than nick?

Rachelle Bowden

i almost get hit by a car a few times a week.. so to kick a car is very little payback for almost taking your life away. one time mark pulled me out of the way of a speeding car then he kicked it and the guy got out. nasty words were exchanged. i thought there was gonna be a fight.

Scott Yager

I don’t know why people in New York drive anyway. Hell, I don’t know why I drive in San Diego. I hate driving.

Nick Runco

word.
