If you find that your Android phone’s browser is scaling down your web app’s UI even though you configured your viewport with the standard “width”, “initial-scale”, and “maximum-scale” configuration, try setting the “minimum-scale” as well.

You wouldn’t think it would be necessary, yet here we are. :)
